General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the authority operating the mcwvip platform and the user. By using the mcwvip website, mobile version or any related services ("Platform"), you automatically agree to these Terms.

mcwvip is a secure and reliable online betting platform designed for players in Bangladesh. All services provided here are for entertainment purposes and are operated within the scope of applicable laws.

These Terms have been written in Bengali. If a translation exists in another language and a difference in meaning arises from the Bengali version, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

Account Registration and Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, family, household, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be closed.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration (name, date of birth, contact details, payment information) must be completely truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and any pending transactions may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login password and other credentials completely confidential. Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported immediately to [email protected]. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your account.

3.4 Updating Information

If any of your personal information changes, update it as soon as possible through your account profile or customer service. mcwvip will not be responsible for payment delays or account issues caused by outdated or incorrect information.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on mcwvip is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted — deposits must always come from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 Verification

Identity and payment method verification may be required before a withdrawal. The withdrawal process may be on hold until the required documents are submitted. This is not a penalty but part of the platform's security measures.

4.4 Transaction Errors

If an incorrect amount is deposited or withdrawn due to a technical error, the mcwvip authority reserves the right to correct that transaction. If an error is taken advantage of, the relevant account may be suspended.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

mcwvip offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on specific games on the platform.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active.
• mcwvip reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The mcwvip VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback; and Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. You can move up to a higher tier by remaining regularly active.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If abuse of the bonus system is detected (such as multiple accounts, artificial betting activity or balance manipulation), the relevant bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

It is important to read the specific rules of the relevant game or event before placing a bet on mcwvip. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, though exceptions may be made in special cases at the platform's sole discretion.

6.2 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA), kabaddi and other sports, the rules of the applicable market must be followed. If a match is cancelled or postponed, separate rules for bet settlement will apply.

6.3 Casino Games

Participation in slots, live casino and other games is entirely for entertainment. The outcome of each game is determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) or a live dealer and is completely impartial and fair.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs during a game (internet disconnection, server error, etc.), mcwvip will make every effort to recover that session. However, mcwvip bears limited liability for any loss caused by a technical error.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcwvip platform:

• Conducting transactions through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Hacking the platform's software, using bots or using any automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs to earn money.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment accounts.
• Any comments or activities that damage the reputation of mcwvip.
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users.

If these prohibitions are violated, the account may be immediately closed and all funds forfeited. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mcwvip website — logos, brand names, designs, graphics, software code, text and other materials — is owned by mcwvip or its licensors and is protected under applicable law.

Users may not copy, redistribute, modify or use any content commercially without permission. Limited use for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.

Limitation of Liability

mcwvip is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or special damages arising from use of the platform, even if the possibility of such damages was communicated in advance.

mcwvip bears no liability for the following:

• Third-party service or network failures.
• Losses caused by the user's own mistakes or negligence.
• Unexpected technical errors or cyber attacks.
• Issues arising from sharing account information with others.

Online betting carries financial risk. Participate consciously and within your own means.

Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by the Authority

mcwvip reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms are violated.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• If there is non-cooperation with the identity verification process.
• If compliance with a court or authority order is required.

10.2 Closure by the User

You can close your account at any time by sending a request to [email protected]. Please settle all pending withdrawals before closing your account.

10.3 Self-Exclusion
